I'm working on a LAF chat room but I need testers before actually add it to the main part of the site. Click Here! It will probably look much nicer after the coding part is done and I can work on the appearance.

The way the chat works is by giving everything a time of when it was sent. Then every 10 seconds (that's what that loading bar is for, it's to show how many seconds are left) it connects to the server and gets the messages sent since the last time you checked. This keeps continuing over and over and over for everyone in the room. The result is what you see. Hopefully that clears up any questions.

Oh, and as of right now; & " > and < will kill your message.

A Fatal Exception B0 has occurred in some darn VXD or another. This is probably because you said something that was hurtful to Windows' feelings. So the current application, or some other application, or the whole OS, will be terminated.

* You can try going back to Windows and getting on with life, but who are we kidding, that never works.
* Or you can reboot, whereupon Windows will be rude to you because you didn't shut down properly, which you of course couldn't do.

Either way, you'll probably end up seeing this screen again.

Why do all the messages have to wait until the gray Goomba reaches the right side of its box until they load onto the chat box?

That sounds like a great idea but sort of a hassel i mean common how many of us truely dont use AIM. Trillian at ceruleanstudios.com is a good alternative to the shitty AIM setup but still alows for AIM access as well as Yahoo IRC MSN and ICQ access as well!!

Timed out means that someone's connection isn't responding. I think the term "timed out" comes from that their computer didn't respond in the time allotted before whatever it is that's trying to contact it gives up.
