Just break it up into each prefix/suffix to see how it's pronounced. Then say all of those together, as the entire word. It's just "establishment" with a lot of add-ons.

How can you prove it? Almost all the users(except Hex, Char, Black Rooster, and you to name a few) don't know each other in the real world. Yes, we know each other on the internet, but not in the real world. So, you can't go up to a person who is actually a user and say antidisestablishmentarianism to you. So...I can't prove I can say it to you.
