I was playing mario brothers (on gameboy color)
when I found a yoshi egg in challenge mode. And I thought... YOU COLD TOTALY SCREW UP THE COMIC AND PUT YOSHI IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Erm...but the comic is about the original SMB. And yoshis were non-existant.

Yoshi only first appeared in Super Mario World for SNES. You can't add him since he will disturb the storyline. And I don't think there is 8-bit Yoshi sprites on the web yet. So don't mix bits, or your comic quality will go down. If you make a 16-bit comic, then it will be fine. Yoshi would fit well (depends still on the story...).

Here's something. If you want 8-bit yoshi sprites, try finding a Gameboy Color emulator, and find the SMB Deluxe ROM. And find yoshi. Once you find him, press print screen on your keyboard. Then go to Paint and paste it on there.

Wolfenhex and Charybdis are staying strickly to their story line, and they only taken sprites and objects from their games.

No custom sprites, or anything else, Wolfenhex has already said that.

Also, Yoshi appeared in "Yoshi" "Yoshi's Cookie" and "Mario is Missing" for the NES.

Not to break up everything you all just said, but the 16-bit and 8-bit yoshi's don't look very different, so they COULD put in a 16-bit Yoshi if they had to, but now that I've mentioned it they probably won't...

I played it once. I don't think I have seen yoshi at all. The only thing I saw it's the eggs. Nice avatar Talon, by the way.
