Wow! It's Been A Long Time Scince I Checked In On Good Ole' Link And Friends And I Must Say I'm Very Glad I decided To Come Back! I'm Just Amazed At How Many New People Have Made Their Mark On What Is Such A Great Site! Well Anyhoo I Want To Get Right Down To Business And Say That Yes I Do Have A Reason For Posting This, I'm Planning To Start A Webcomic Of My Own Based Around The Wacky Story Of Link's First Adventures In Hyrule But I Need Some Serious .HTML Help! Can Anyone Help Me Out Here?

Heh, now I see why ya asked me for the Link to Link and Friends (No pun intended)

Anyways, I can't really help you... At all. I am trying to get better with HTML, and possibly get some pointers from some people. However, as I start to get used to it, and start to be able to code some basic things, I hope that I'll be able to work with you on HTML coding. I have some friends that know HTML, so that should help quite a bit.

The one thing of advice that I can say, though, is that looking at the coding of sites REALLY helps. I like to get stuff from sites just for basic ideas on coding, even I can't do ANYTHING alone in HTML at the moment, I can look at the HTML, and figure out what coding is doing whatever on the site...

Now, if only Keenspace had a good site builder, we could be lazy and not have to learn HTML, but... Ah well, Keenspace is a good site for comics!

Oh, that was kinda weird how ya capitalized every word KA OZ, never seen ya do something like that before.

As for you people, back off. KA Oz here is a great comic maker, and is perfectly capable of withstanding a site with his comics. His "Elevator Antics" is a great comic, with hilarious ideas every single time. He comics are much more advanced that mine, your, and that person over there *Points to random passerbyer*

Sorry that yeh' kinda got attacked here KA Oz, the boards seem sorta hostile at the moment, and I can't figure out why.

I hope to see ya back at these boards more often! And hopefully you will be more accepted in these boards, and not attacked...

Ok, from the start. KA_Oz, would you please type properly instead of capitalizing the first letter of every word? It is kind of annoying. I don't mean to attack or be rude, but really, it's very annoying, like reading something in all caps or without punctuation.

Secondly, Shadic, the reason people are hostile lately (or at least, one possibility) would be that it is finals week. Finals week is a very stressful time in a student's life. Very stressful. I guess we'll see if that's the case in about a week or so when finals are all over.

Thirdly, back to you KA_Oz, if you have any specific questions about HTML I'd be happy to answer them for you. You can post them here or IM me (my AIM Screen Name can be found in my LAF profile--this would be the best bet). You can check out the tutorial over at <LINK>http://www.htmlgoodies.com</LINK>, as they have some tutorials that you can access. You can also google for HTML Tutorials and find a crapload that way. Like Shadic said, another way is to look at other code. But if you don't udnerstand what your looking at (ie using a reference or a tutorial of some kind, or already knowing what the tags do) then it's kind of useless.

I'm afraid I can't really help you more then that. Like I said, I'd be happy to answer any specific questions you might have, but it would be difficult to give you any more specific information unless you have a more specific question/problem. Best bet would probably be google for HTML Tutorials, or <LINK>http://www.htmlgoodies.com</LINK>. BTW, HTML Goodies also has javascript information and stuff like that.

Thanks to my knowledge, I could view all the comic. Just right-click then select properties, copy the url and paste it into the address bar, then press 'enter' or 'Go'. There ya go...

It's easier just to right click on the picture, click copy, go to MS Paint, and paste in on there.

Because, it seems that the majority of the forum-goers here are under 18, and are in High School or Middle School currently. (Such as I, as I am currently a Freshman in Highschool)

Because, if you people are having finals right now, you'd probably be going on semimesters, of which most Collages go by, but not High Schools.

Anyways, Keenspace decided to be an ass to me today, so I wasn't able to register, but I should be up by the end of this week. (Or, at least working on a future site.) You can also find a lot of HTML help at <LINK>http://www.december.com/html</LINK>. This is actually where I learned HTML many years ago (strangely, I still try to use HTML 3.2 instead of HTML 4.01).

Need time put a link to your comic. You can't even fully read it, it takes space for nothing, wastes time and money. Time is money... I should freeze your soul with my ice beam for that... but that's not the time I supose.
