Yes you should use your new age as a tool for what you want whats best for you and your loved ones. Also never every use it for ilegal things such as drugs or drinking even if you can't get a drink at 13 unless you got like 20 year old friends. I think it will be a big deal cuz when you turn thirteen, if no one younger than you joines, then will all be teanagers or older. I know how you feel, I was the youngest one in my class tell my friend came to live here, and I'm only older than her by 2 hours. I also use to be the smallest.

Whats really cool is when you turn 18. Just don't fall down the stairs like I did and end up throwing out your back so that you can't go anywhere on your 18th birthday. That sucks.
