What do you think of the goomba's boot that is first found in world 5? I think it's excellent! Though I would like to see what it's like on the map screen.

And you are finally posting! Welcome! Anyway, that boot KICKS SERIOUS ASS! It can completely kill a bob-omb or a spiny or a venus fire trap or a prianha plant JUST BY STOMPING IT. And it is completely immune to munchers! But sadly, it's only in one level, we can't get it from Toad's house, and whenever we finish a level with the shoe, it disappears making it impossible to finish the world (or another level) with the shoe. You can't bring it with you on your quest. It's kinda sad, really.

So the boot's only in one level? It is kinda sad. More sneaky than the baby goombas.

You mean the Micro-Goombas, of course. I HATE THOSE DAMN THINGS. So whenever I see a tan paragoomba, I will automatically kill it to reduce my chances of being constantly pelted with Micro-Goombas. They lower my speed and my jumps are crappy. But luckily if I jump up and down, they'll die. But I don't have to time to deal wit it, so I just kill the paragoomba automatically.
