It is good, no? Oh, wait, I haven't posted it yet... Hold on.
CHAPTER 1

Ok, let's begin my story. This one is true, completely. And I swear I am not making it up as I go along. Anyway, So I was walking along on a bright and sunny day. The sun reflected through the clear blue sky, it reminded me of the lake- which I forgot to mention -that I was walking next to. Now today wasn't any special day, or even an imprtant day for that matter. It was mostly a boring day, like November 5th. Of course, it wasn't November fifth, it was... Wait, or was it November fifth? Oh well, It was either the Fourth of July, or November fifth. Wait, I said today wasn't important, so It is definently not The 4th. What am I talking about?! Summer vacation has just begun, so it can't be november! But it is not the Fourth of July, either, mainly because Summer vacation only has begun, and the fourth of July is somewhere in the middle of the summer. Which Like I said before, it was the beggining. Anyway, so I was walking by the lake, which I didn't mention it's name. Not that it has any particular importance, it's just that, well, I dunno. It's just called Clear Lake, okay? So anyway, I was walking by it. You can be sure of that. So, I was walking by the lake. Clear lake. I was walking by it, looking at the rocks on the ground. Not that I had any particular interest in the rocks, I was just looking at them. It must have been sometime between Me turning around and seeing the kids play in the lake, (which by the way isn't very clear despite it's name, it is green in murky, and... Yuck. I woudn't swim in it for money even. Ok, so If I got paid for it I would swim in it naked if I had to, not that I would want to, but it would get me money, so I would. Wait, forget I said that. In fact, now that I think of it, I wouldn't do it at all.) Anyway, it must have been sometime between me turning around and seeing the kids play in the lake, and then turning around, when a green glint caught my eye. Now, I like alot of colors, but green would be one I am more interested in. It is my 'favorite color'. I kneeled down to investigate. I moved a few rocks out of the way, and found a green emereald. An oblisk in shape, it was very clear. Which reminds me, CLEAR ISN'T A COLOR! You would never guess how many people say, "oh, clear is a color, ooh, look at me, I'm so smart!" CLEAR happens to mean that it is see-through. This stone was GREEN and CLEAR, not 'greenish-clear' or 'clearish-green". Generic 'clear' happens to be WHITE clear. Duh. Anyway, so I picked the stone up and examined it. Holding it up to the light, it cast a shining green spot on the ground. Looking up throught the stone, I noticed how clear it was. It was without a flaw. You could see right through it, though everything a greenish tint. Oh, and those of you that don't know what I mean by 'flaw'. (you would probobly be either one of those "clear is a color" people, or to young, or you just haven't heard of the term before, or... Whatever! The fact of the matter is, this it what it means.): If there was a 'flaw' in it, that means there are cracks in side of it- at least that is what I think they are- but they appear as white streaks inside of the stone, minimizing it's beauty. This particular stone had none. Anyway, so I was looking through it. I thought about how lucky I was to have found such a cool thing, I kind of minimized the fact that I probobly looked pretty stupid holding up a rock looking at the sun. So, I stuck it in my pocket and headed onto the grass. This particular field of dark, lush green grass happened to match the color of the stone. There is an Idea for all of you at the green-ness of the rock. If it was in the grass, I probobly wouldn't have noticed it because it matched up so perfectly. I soon, however, had no more grass to speak of, mainly because I just stepped onto the sand. It did not match the emerald, the crystal would stick out like a sore thumb on the sand. I looked up and saw the swings. You know, the swing set. That is where I usually sit to ponder things. Say I'm at home, bored, I decide to come here. Nothing else to do, I sit and ponder. Usually on the swings. So, I sat there, and swung lightly. Mainly because that's what you don on swings- other than ponder. You swing on them. Anyway, so I was swinging and pondering. I thought about where in the world the rock came from. Sure enough, it was probobly just dropped by someone, sometime, someplace. That someplace, I reminded myself, was right where I found it. Which brought to mind a joke, "where do you find a dog with no legs?"..."Right where you left it." Har har. Funny right? Well, thinking of this joke in relation with my own situiation- you know, the one where I found the stone by the lake, walked up here, and sat on the swing? Ayway, in relation with the situiation, I thought, What if the stone had legs? A kind of stupid thought, I dismissed it right away. So, I thought about swings. A few funny stories came to mind, ones that usually ended up in either getting the air knocked out of me, getting backlashed by the swing, or both. But than I thought about earlier memories. Ones from My first days of swinging. I remembered when I first learned how... Such triumph... But I digress. I tried to think of a new subject. Nothing. I pulled out the rock. "Poo...." I said in exasperation. That word usually slips out in the form of a sigh when I can't think of anything to say or do. Suddenly, the rock lifted out of my hands, and floated in front of my eyes. This kind of think would be enough to freak anyone. Not that I was freaked out... Which I openly admit that I in fact WAS freaked out. Of course, you get to a point of such toatal freaked-outed-ness that you really have nothing to say or think of it. So, you except it. Anyway, so the stone was beginning to emit a fluctuating green light. I thought about running away, it seemed a logical thing to do at the time. You know, fight or flight instincts. Obviously, fighting it would be futile, and none-the-less a stupid Idea. So, I was going to run. But, all of a sudden it dropped back into my outstretched hand, which I realized I still had sticking out. Somehow, I felt almost dissapointed. It's the kind of thing where, you think something interesting happens, than it turns out it doesn't happen, and then, it's not really happening. I began to think it may have been my imagination, but I was sure it wasn't, so I decided it was a dream. I did what any human- or equally intelligent non-human- would do if they were in an unreal situation. I pinched myself. Ouch! Well, the analisys was a succsess. For all you people out there who have no clue at all why I pinched myself, or even further it was a success that it hurt, I assure you that I am not a masochist. (which means I like pain- which I don't, therefore am not a masochist.) You see, you can not feel pain in dreams. That is an old-fashioned way of telling if your dreaming or not. "I think I'm goin' crazy." I said to myself. I ruled it down to my imagination, but I'm sure it really happened. Anyway, so I pocketed the rock, and got up to my feet. I began to head down the paved road out of the park. Which by the way was named Clear Lake park, after the lake, Clear Lake... Which coincidentally is not clear. So, I was walking home. On the way back, and thought deeply about what happened back there. I moved the stone around in my fist as I comntemplated a scientifical explanation for what happened. Nothing. Either I was imagining it, or science has more to it than you and I think. In any case, you could say I was drawing a complete blank. I held the stone up in my fore-finger and thumb, and through at it at the sun. The stone seemed to absorb all of the light, I looked forward, keeping the stone in front of my eye, to find that I was no longer looking through it at the paved road that led home. What I saw throught the crystal this time was something completely different. When I realized I was still looking through the rock, I let my arm fall. What I saw through the stone had not changed. The place I was in was not 'Clear lake' park, nor was it anything else of this world, for that matter. I was in a world that in fact was not my own. I did what any normal Human being would do when faced with something like this. I fainted.

Chapter 2
I was swirling in a black abyss of nothing. I spun faster and faster until I stopped suddenly and was thrown onto a chair. But, it wasn't a chair. It was a swing. The chains holding it up went up as far as I could see, and probably farther. I looked down. All I saw was my feet dangling, and below that darkness. The only thing I could see was the swing, me, and the chains. I was suddenly hit with a powerful wave of fear. If I fell, there is no telling how long I would fall. I could fall for a few minutes, a few hours, or forever. I forced myself to lift my head and keep myself looking straght forward. Very, very far away I saw something coming towards me. I kept my eye locked on it. As it came closer, the swing started to push back. It continued tilting back until I fell out of it. I screamed as I fell, until I slamed into the ground.
I suddenly was awaken. I thought hopefully it had all been a dream. I opened my eyes, to find I was still in the strange world. Suddenly I remembered looking through the rock, and then being here, and then fainting. Fainting. That is something I've never done before. It was a new experience, and I hoped I wouldn't ever have to do it again. I stood up and got a good look at my surroundings. I was standing on a giant platform that seemed to be made up of white marble. This platform was floating in pure nothingness: Blackness all around. Though it wasn't dark, as the platform I was on showed up brightly. I looked forward and saw more marble white platforms in front of me, though they were cubes. Thus, I assumed what I was on was also a cube. So, I concluded I was in a veil of nothing, with no form of transportation but jumping from cube to cube. I looked down at my feet, to find I was standing in the middle of a circle. An intricately desingned one. It looked almost like vines, because of all the different lines that dipped and swayed, forming a pattern. Suddenly, I remembered that when I had fainted, the emerald was in my hand, and I was afraid I might have dropped it off. I felt in my pockets. It wasn't there I looked around the cube, and I couldn't find it. I panicked. I believed that it may have been my only way out of here.
I stepped to the edge of the cube, and looked at the floating not a foot in front of me. At least I believed it was about a foot, of course, it isn't like it really matters. Anyway, I took a deep breath, and jumped. I landed lightly on the next cube, an erie echo that must have lasted about five minutes. There was no doubt about it- this place was huge. For all I know, it may be infinitly huge. I continued hopping from cube to cube, picking up my pace as I went along. I began to thin that the line of cubes may be endless, or that I would somehow go in a circle and end up back on the cube I started on. Sure enough, I ended up finally on a large cube, similar to the one I started on, except for one large detail; This cube had a hole in the middle of it. I walked up to the edge of it, and peered down into it. I realized with shock that I was looking at the shore line of Clear lake! I kneeled down and looked more. It would be too far of a fall if I jumped- I would surely die from the fall. I don't know if it was far enough down for me to feel pain, or if I would just die in a second, but the large pointy rocks down there discouraged me even if I could possibly live the fall. I was so preocupied with looking down there that I almost didn't notice the small wooshing noise from above me. I stood up and looked forward, to see a creature floating above the pit, his arms folded, and in his right hand, I saw the stone. This creature resembeled a human being, escept for the fact that it was a bird. It had arms, with wings that came from the back of them, and a long white beak. it Looked at me with mystical green eyes. It's featheres were white with black streaks here and there. He did not look friendly. "Uhhh.... Hi?" I said stupidly. I had a feeling he wouldn't understand me, but he began to speak as if I hadn't said anything.
"What is it you seek here?" it said in a deep bass voice. It seemed to reverberate across the area.
"well, uh... I really don't even know why I'm here, how I got here, or what this place is for that matter."
His bright green eyes narrowed menicingly.
"What are you doing here?" The bird said.
"I... I don't know."
"You got here with the stone."
"I did?! I mean, I did." I said, stupidly again.
"How did you get the stone to work?!"
"I, uh... I don't know?"
Suddenly, I thought about when the stone began levitating briefly. That must have been what got it to do anything. I thought about what I had done before that to make it happen.
" You said the magic word, didn't you. You shoudn't have said that, then you wouldn't have to be here right now, and You wouldn't have to deal with what I have to do. Now, where did you hear the word?"
"I don't even know what word!"
He looked around, and leaned in so quickly, I thought he was going to knock me over. I cringed at the thought of falling here.
He slowly opened his mouth, and said, "poo".
I couldn't help but laugh.
"poo?"
"shhh! Don't say that so loud!" he said harshly.
"now, what do you have to do?" I asked.
As an answer, he held the stone to his mouth and whispered something to it. I guessed he had 'deactivated' it. He then threw it down the pit, where it landed on the shoreline. Then I looked up at him, and gave him a questioning look.
"Fate was not meant to let you here. It was not meant to be," he said informatively,"Time is a circle. It repeats, which is why we have our prophecies. And that is why I can expect you in ten trillion, six-hundred eighty-two billion, two hundred fifty-five million, eight hundred three thousand and four years, and three minutes. Then, you will be ready."
His eyes began glowing, and I felt a very hot pain in my chest. I fell over, and died very quickly.
Chapter 3
What? How can the story be over already? Simple. Time is a circle. Remember what ol' birdy said? Well, it's true. In about ten trillion years everything will end up as it was in the beggining and start over. Well, ten trillion, six-hundred eighty-two billion, two hundred fifty-five million, eight hundred three thousand and four years, and two minutes later, you find me looking down the pit at the lake. Now, mind you, I hove no memory of the life before, however all of the same things have happened up to this point. "I've been expecting you...." With a shock, I looked up at a bird creature who was levitating above the pit.
"who are you?!"
"I am Jackidaea."
"Jacka-what?!" I said questioningly.
"Look, just call me Jack. The reason I've been expecting you is because of this; Time moves in a circle, and repeats. Ten trillion years ago, I met you, but had to kill you... Because, well, our world was not ready."
"Ready for what?"
"Well," he began, drawing a deep breath, "Ready for... you. I had estimated I would be able to arise acceptance of other races to our world, however I over shot it by a year- Or, I mean, Ten trillion years. You see, one eternity, which in fact is Ten trillion years, is only one year to us. Anyway, now that you are safe to come, I have been anticipating this day for a long time now."
"But... You mean, you've met me before?"
"Yes. No time to dawdle, I must bring you to my world."
I thought about everything. I had a hard time accepting it. So, I was destined to be here, but not Ten trillion years ago? It was all really confusing. I had a hard time grasping it.

It is good, no? What do you think of it so far?
